This is a unique Department 56’s Christmas in the city Village piece. The Majestic Theatre is a Limited Edition that came on in December 2000 as their 25 anniversary piece. It retired in December 2001. This is in original box, never opened except to take these pictures. The item has been in storage and has one 1 inch long tear on the original box. It has been taped with non acid tape to prevent it from tearing more. This was never used and is in New Mint Condition. The light cord is still in its original wrapper and original tie. Please check out our pictures carefully. It is a beautiful piece of Department 56.
