A Department 56 Collectible. Christmas in the City. Has Original Light Cord. 30th Anniversary of the Series… 3500 Pieces/Buildings were held back in storage for many years. For the 30th Anniversary of the Series, a Limited Design Sleeve was created, each piece was removed from the styrofoam box and hand signed and numbered by Mr. When the 3500 were released to retailers, a few years back, we obtained many of them… However, this is now our last one. There is no way to obtain anymore. Thus this is straight from Enesco/Dept 56 to Us to You – Never Displayed. Original styrofoam box and sleeve is present but not perfect – Has normal wear and tear from shelf storage that includes bent edges or other marks – Sleeve was re-designed on the limited edition piece.
