Brand new with the original box – Department 56 Christmas in the City “Paramount Hotel” #56.58911. It features a flashing disco light on the top floor of the building, as well as a lit star. The building is in new condition and was only taken out of the box and plugged in to check over for damage. The box is in good shape with only very minor wear. It is not sealed in the original plastic on the outside of the box. The styrofoam liner is in good condition. This building was released in December 2001 and was retired in December 2003.
