2003 RARE Dept 56 Christmas in the City Series EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. No cracks or chips. Both inside light bulbs work. Please note the following issue s. 1 LED light in top portion lights in Green and Red but does NOT light blue. May be something you can get to work. 2 it only has 1 of the 4 flags that go on the bottom level of the building. 3 it comes in original box but please see photos to see the box has some imperfections in it.
