The building stands approx. 9 1/2 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 5 inches wide. It has never been displayed. I removed to examine and take pictures. The detail is really great on this piece, check out all the delicious looking goodies in the front window. The sign and three little lamps are still sealed and I have left them that way. It comes with it’s original light cord. It would look great in your Christmas In The City display. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is in good clean condition, it does have minor wear from storage and the styrofoam box has some scuffs on the bottom again from storage.
