This is the most iconic building in this collection, and here is your chance to have one in absolutely pristine condition. It was still in the plastic overwrap that it came from the factory in. Naturally, it has never been displayed and was removed from the box for the first time to take these pictures. All of the lights were checked and work perfectly. The 4 flags are still in the bag they came in, and I didn’t want to remove them just for the picture and risk one getting misplaced. The top spire looks crooked in some of the pictures, but it is just a funny angle, because it is perfectly straight in real life. There is no damage of any kind on this piece. There is some minor damage to the box in a little bit of wrinkling on the top corners which you can see on the picture of the box, but I didn’t want to waste two of the pictures showing you close-up pictures of the damage when I thought you would rather see just how good the building looks! This piece was introduced in 2003 and retired in 2005. This is a very tall piece at 24 inches, and very heavy, and I intend to have it professionally packed for maximum safety, and fully insured to protect your investment as well as I can.
