Up for sale is this RARE piece from the Department 56 Christmas in the City series. Russian Tea Room 59245. In good pre owned condition, the only issue I noticed was the small window in front second balcony is missing one side of the bars (see picture). NOTE: some pieces may have the “typical factory flaws” excessive glue, paint out of lines, crooked attachments ect… Piece is hand painted and assembled, allowing for minor and unique imperfections due to this hands on process.
